[apostle highlands postcard]
For the Apostle Highlands community, we had three main goals:

  • Showcase the clear Lake Superior views.
  • Emphasize the adjacent Apostle Highlands golf course.
  • Get noticed. In addition to the company’s prospects and clients, the piece was sent to purchased direct mail lists.

I created an oversized postcard (to literally stick out in a stack of mail) with a full-bleed photo featuring golf and Lake Superior during autumn. I selected the images, created the logo for the property, wrote the copy, helped select the parameters for the address list and lobbied for the pun!

To market the grand opening of a new Wisconsin Dells property, we sent a trifold postcard using personalized URLs (PURLs) featuring personalized landing pages. I laid out the postcard, created the property logo, selected the images (and took some of the photos) and wrote the copy.
